33. The provisions of these regulations shall be in addition to and not in derogation of the provisions of-
(a) regulation 6(1)(a), (b), (c) and (d) of the Factories and Industrial Undertakings (Cargo Handling) Regulations;
(b) regulation 47(1) of the Construction Sites (Safety) Regulations;
(c) the Electricity Supply Ordinance.
