MAXIMUM FEES WHICH MAY BE RECEIVED BY AN EMPLOYMENT AGENCY
職業介紹所可收取之最高費用
1. From each person applying to the employment agency for employment, work or contract or hire of his services-
凡向職業介紹所申請介紹職業、工作或介紹與僱主訂立合約或担任臨時工作者,須按照下列辦法繳費:
(a) on first registration with the employment agency (甲)在首次向職業介紹所登記時
(b) on renewal of such registration not less than three months after the date of first registration or last renewal of registration (乙)在首次登記後或上次再登記後不少於三個月而重行登記時 $5.00
$3.00 per applicant. 每名申請人收費三元。
2. From each person applying to the employment agency for the procurement of any employee for his services-
凡向職業介紹所申請介紹僱員者
(a) on first registration with the employment agency (甲)在首次向職業介紹所登記時 $3.00 per applicant. 每名申請人收費三元。
$35.00 $10.00 for each class or type of vacancy registered. 每級或每類職缺收費十元。
