2. The weight in the case of
(a) paragraph 1(a)(ii), of any outer packages;
(b) paragraph 1(b)
(i) of any outer packages; and
(ii) of the accompanying explosive accessories (including the weight of any inner packages);
(c) paragraph 1(c)(i), of any outer packages,
shall be disregarded.
