Dangerous Goods (General) Regulations [CAP. 295
183. (1) Where any licence or permit is required pursuant to any of the provisions of the Ordinance or of these regulations, such licence or permit shall be granted or renewed by the Authority upon payment of the fee, if any, specified in the table to this regulation.

2,400 per annum 4. For permit to move dangerous goods in category 1 (explosives). 45 per permit 5. For permit to discharge dangerous goods in category 1 (explosives), other than-
(a) class 6 (ammunition); and
(b) class 7, division 2 (manufactured fireworks) 270 per permit 6. For permit to discharge dangerous goods in category 1, class 7, division 2 (manufactured fireworks)-
(a) at any restaurant, hotel or place of public entertainment
(b) at any other place 15 per permit
130 per annum 7. For the storage of dangerous goods in category 5, class 1, 2 or 3 (substances giving off inflammable vapour)-
(a) in quantities not exceeding 500 L
(b) in quantities exceeding 500 L but not exceeding 2,500 L
(c) in quantities exceeding 2,500 L but not exceeding 5,000 L
(d) in quantities exceeding 5,000 L but not exceeding 25,000 L
(e) in quantities exceeding 25,000 L 1,600 per annum
