Objection to Notice of Provisional Selection or Provisional Notice of Intended Transfer.

Reasons should be set out in numbered paragraphs and should if possible be typed.
If there is insufficient room on this form a blank sheet or sheets may be attached marked "Further Reasons for Objection" which should also be signed and dated.

hereby object to the grounds that-
(a) I am a person to whom the Ordinance does not apply;
(b) I am a person exempted from the provisions of Part II of the Ordinance;
(c) the obligations imposed by such service would entail undue hardship for me;
(d) I am physically unfit to perform such service;
(e) I could more usefully serve in †for which I have been provisionally selected †to which it is proposed to transfer me in such other body;
a body other than that and am in fact fit to serve
(f) I conscientiously object to undergoing military training or to performing combatant duties.
