1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Companies Ordinance.
Interpretation
2. (1) In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires-
"accounts" includes a company's group accounts, whether prepared in the form of accounts or not: (Added, 80 of 1974, s. 2) "agent" does not include a person's counsel acting as such;
