(a) a set-off against the Exchange Company's liability in respect of that shareholder under section 82(1); or
(b) a cash payment to the Exchange Company.
(4) Interest accrued on moneys which were in the compensation fund immediately before the commencement of the amending Ordinance shall be dealt with by the Commission in accordance with section 83(2) as amended by the amending Ordinance.
