Your attention is drawn to section 40(3) of the Buildings Ordinance which makes it an offence for any person to interfere in any way with groundwater drainage works carried out in accordance with plans approved under section 28A of that Ordinance.

By virtue of the provisions of subsections (6) and (7) of section 28B of the Buildings Ordinance, the authorization referred to above also enables any servant or agent of
