In accordance with the provisions of regulation 27 of the Building (Administration) Regulations, I/we
registered lift contractor/registered escalator contractor, certify that the lift works/escalator works carried out by me/us at--
(a) number and name of street and locality
(b) lot number with details of any section or subsection of the lot
have been carried out in accordance with the provisions of the Buildings Ordinance and regulations made thereunder.
