2. Your attention is drawn to section 14(2) of the Buildings Ordinance, which provides that the giving by the Building Authority of his approval to any plans shall not exempt any person from the necessity of obtaining the consent of the Building Authority to the commencement and carrying out of the works shown on such plans. This approval does NOT authorize the commencement or carrying out of any works.
