43. The forms in the Schedule are prescribed for use under the Ordinance and regulations.
PART VII
MISCELLANEOUS
44. Every authorized person or registered structural engineer who has prepared any plans which have been submitted to the Building Authority for his approval shall supply to the Building Authority such information as he may require with regard to such plans or to the building works or street works shown thereon.
45. Every authorized person, registered structural engineer, registered contractor, registered lift contractor, registered escalator contractor and registered ventilation contractor shall notify the Building Authority of any change in the address at which he carries on business, within 14 days thereof.
