COMMISSION FOR DEMOLITION AND SALE.

To the bailiff of Our Supreme Court of Hong Kong, greeting.

We hereby command you, in pursuance of the decree of the judge of Our said court to that effect, to cause the tonnage of the vessel

to be ascertained by such rule as shall for the time being be in force for the admeasurement of British vessels, and further to cause the said vessel to be broken up, and the materials thereof to be publicly sold in separate parts (together with her cargo, if any) for the highest price that can be obtained for the same.

And We further command you, as soon as the sale has been completed, to pay the proceeds arising therefrom into Our said court, and to file an account sale signed by you, and a certificate signed by you of the admeasurement and tonnage of the vessel, together with this commission.
