this day lent (or now owing) (the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged) as mortgagor hereby assigns unto as mortgagee the Lot No. in District No. in the New Territories of this Colony for the residue of the term of years created by the Crown lease thereof, subject to the incumbrances mentioned in the schedule hereto, for securing payment on the day of 19 of $ as mortgage money without interest, the mortgagee to be at liberty to enter and keep possession of the mortgaged land until redemption.
