PART I.

1. Any offence which is punishable with death.

4. Misprision of treason.

5. Any offence against the King's title, prerogative, person or government.

7. Composing, printing or publishing blasphemous, seditious or defamatory libels, except as provided by section 16 of the Defamation and Libel Ordinance.

PART II.

1. Perjury and subornation of perjury.

2. Making or suborning any other person to make a false oath punishable as perjury or as a misdemeanor.
