In paragraph 2 (iii) there shall be substituted for the words "the British Military Administration" the words "any enactment". In paragraph 4 there shall be substituted for the words "Chief Civil Affairs Officer" the words "Governor in Council".
(Note: Regulations 1 and 2 remain in force by virtue of section 10 of the Revised Edition of the Laws Ordinance, 1948, although omitted from the Revised Edition.)
