to the case, their counsel or solicitors, or persons otherwise directly concerned in the case, be excluded from the court during the taking of the evidence of the child or young person: Provided that nothing in this section shall authorize the exclusion of bona fide representatives of a newspaper or news agency.

24. The Governor in Council may make rules for carrying this Ordinance into effect, and in particular for prescribing such matters incidental to the appointment, resignation, and removal of probation officers, and the performance of their duties, the reports to be made by them, and the payment of their remuneration or out-of-pocket expenses, as may appear to be necessary.

25. Save in so far as other provision is expressly made in this Ordinance nothing in this Ordinance shall be deemed to affect any other law relating to children or young persons.
