the judge shall, unless some reasonable excuse is proved upon oath or otherwise to his satisfaction, impose upon him a fine of five hundred dollars.

34. Whenever it is necessary to summon a jury in the summary jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, the number drawn to form a panel shall be six, and the provisions of this Ordinance, so far as they are applicable, shall apply to such juries.
