Hong Kong Defence Force.
For British subjects—
"I swear/declare that I will be faithful and bear true allegiance to His Majesty King George VI, His Heirs and Successors, according to law, and that I will faithfully serve as an officer or as a volunteer in accordance with the provisions of the Hong Kong Defence Force Ordinance."
For other than British subjects—
"I swear/declare that I will faithfully serve as an officer or volunteer in accordance with the provisions of the Hong Kong Defence Force Ordinance."
(3) Every such oath or declaration shall be administered by an officer on the permanent staff of the Force or any part thereof, or by an officer of the Force who has himself made such oath or declaration.
