Citation.
No hawking without a licence.
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Hawkers By-laws.
2. No person shall trade as a hawker on the Island of Hong Kong or in Kowloon or New Kowloon except under and in accordance with a licence issued by the Council.
Part I contains the fees for licensees trading on the Island of Hong Kong.
Part II contains the fees for licensees trading in Kowloon and New Kowloon.
