"light oils" means hydrocarbon oils of which not less than fifty per cent by volume distils at a temperature not exceeding 365 degrees Fahrenheit (185 degrees Centigrade), or of which not less than ninety-five per cent by volume distils at a temperature not exceeding 468 degrees Fahrenheit (240 degrees Centigrade), or which give off an inflammable vapour at a temperature of less than 73 degrees Fahrenheit (22.8 degrees Centigrade) when tested in the manner prescribed by the Commissioners of Customs and Excise of the United Kingdom, and includes the oils specified in the First Schedule to this Ordinance;

"heavy oil road vehicle" means a mechanically propelled road vehicle which is constructed or adapted to use heavy oils as fuel.

PART V.-TABLE WATERS.

80. This Part shall only apply in the application of the Ordinance to table waters.

81. The following expressions shall have the meaning specified-

"table waters" includes any aerated waters and any beverages sold or kept for sale in bottles, other than syrups or other liquids intended to be consumed only in a diluted form;

"gallon" means twelve reputed pints or six reputed quarts.

PART VI.-PROPRIETARY MEDICINES AND TOILET PREPARATIONS.

82. This Part shall only apply in the application of the Ordinance to proprietary medicines and toilet preparations.

83. The following expressions shall have the meanings specified-

"f.o.b." means the price free on board charged to the consignee in Hong Kong and is calculated less any discounts or rebates which the manufacturer may have permitted the purchaser;
