AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT OF APPLICATION FOR ORDER FOR PAYMENT OF CALL.

I, of, &c., the liquidator of the above-named company, make oath and say as follows:-
1. None of the contributories of the said company, whose names are set forth in the schedule hereto annexed, marked "A", have paid or caused to be paid the sums set opposite their respective names in the said schedule, which sums are the amounts now due from them respectively under the call of per share, duly made under the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 32 of the Revised Edition), dated the day of 19 .
2. The respective amount or sums set opposite the names of such contributories respectively in such schedule are the true amounts due and owing by such contributories respectively in respect of the said call.
