the Commissioner of Prisons, by warrant dated the day of 19 pursuant to the Chinese Extradition Ordinance, (Chapter 235 of the Revised Edition of Ordinances): Now I do hereby, in pursuance of the said Ordinance, order you, the said Commissioner, to deliver the body of the said into the custody of the said

Whereas one is now in your custody as a fugitive criminal under the provisions of the Chinese Extradition Ordinance, (Chapter 235 of the Revised Edition of Ordinances) and whereas it has been determined that no warrant shall be granted for the surrender of the said: Now I do hereby order and require you to discharge the said from custody under the said Ordinance.
