Take notice that under the provisions of THE VACCINATION ORDINANCE, 1923 all children born in the Colony must be vaccinated within six weeks from the date of birth by a medical practitioner or public vaccinator, and the certificate of successful vaccination or of unfitness for, or of insusceptibility to successful vaccination, which will be furnished to you by the vaccinator, must be sent to this office within seven days, from the date of the certificate.
