23. It shall be lawful for the Governor in Council to make regulations as to the fees to be taken by the Registrar. 9 of 1950,

24. Rules for the purposes of this Ordinance may be made by the like persons and in the like manner in which rules may be made under the Supreme Court Ordinance. [26

25. When the time for registering a bill of sale expires on a Sunday or other day on which the offices of the Supreme Court are closed, such registration shall be valid if made on the next following day on which the offices are open. [27

26. Nothing in this Ordinance shall apply to any debentures issued by any mortgage, loan, or other incorporated company and secured upon the capital, stock, or goods, chattels, and effects of such company.
