11. (1) Whenever the Gazette contains any advertisement relating to any matter under the Ordinance the Official Receiver shall file with the proceedings in the matter a copy of such advertisement.

(2) In the case of an advertisement in a local paper the Official Receiver shall in like manner file a copy of the advertisement appearing therein.

(3) For this purpose one copy of each local paper, in which any advertisement relating to any matter under the Ordinance is inserted, shall be left with the Official Receiver by the person inserting the advertisement.

(4) The filed copy of such advertisement shall be prima facie evidence that it was duly inserted in the issue of the Gazette or paper mentioned.

12. If within one week from the making of an order of adjudication, order annulling adjudication or rescinding a receiving order, order on application to approve a composition or scheme, order annulling a composition or scheme, or order on application for discharge, such order has not been completed, it shall be the duty of the Official Receiver to prepare and complete such order : Provided that if in any case the judge is of opinion that the provisions of this rule ought not to apply, he may so order : And provided also that where an order of discharge is granted subject to the condition that judgment shall be entered against the bankrupt, nothing in this rule shall require the Official Receiver to prepare and complete the order until the bankrupt has given a consent to judgment being entered against him.

13. Except where these rules otherwise provide, where a person is required to give security such security shall be in the form of a bond with two sureties to the person proposed to be secured: Provided that the court may direct that one surety shall suffice.
