C.D., Defendant.

George the Sixth, by the Grace of God, etc.

To the bailiff of Our said Court, greeting:

Whereas by a judgment in this action, dated the day of 19 , the plaintiff A.B. is entitled to the immediate possession of the following immovable property now in the occupancy of , that is to say (1):-

(1) Describe the property and its situation.

And whereas the said plaintiff is desirous of enforcing the said judgment and has applied for the proper writ of execution on behalf: Now, therefore, We command you that you do forthwith put the said plaintiff in possession of the said immovable property, and We do authorize you to remove any person who may refuse to vacate the same.

Witness His Honour , Chief Justice of Our said Court, the day of 19 .
