and have furnished the particulars required by or under the provisions of the Asiatic Emigration Ordinance, 1915, AND WHEREAS the master of the said ship has entered into the bond required by the said Ordinance NOW THEREFORE I
Governor and Commander-in-Chief of the Colony of Hong Kong and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same DO HEREBY GRANT to the said ship a special licence for (a) ................. to carry any number of free emigrants not exceeding between and subject to all the conditions and provisions imposed by the said Ordinance and by the Chinese Passengers Act, 1855, and subject also to the following conditions (b)
