I (We) hereby declare that I (we) wish to move from the warehouse at on the day of 19 between the hours of a.m. and p.m. the dutiable tobacco described below for export to by the S.S. being consigned to .

Permission is hereby given as above to move the tobacco described above for export on condition that the said tobacco shall be immediately moved from the warehouse named above to the ship named above.
Superintendent of Imports and Exports.
Note:-If this permit is not made use of on the day for which it is issued, it must be returned within 24 hours to the office of the Superintendent of Imports and Exports.
