27. Nothing in this Ordinance shall affect the right of Appeal appeal against any adjudication, or the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court, or any of the laws relating to crimes or offences.
28. Nothing in sections 27, 28, 39, and 40 of the Summary Offences Ordinance, 1845, shall affect pawnbrokers.
