you have made default in payment of the sum payable in pursuance of the said order: Therefore you are hereby summoned to appear personally before such magistrate of the said Colony as may be sitting at the said court on day the day of 19 at o'clock in the noon, to be examined upon oath [or declaration] by the said court touching the means you have or have had since the date of the order to satisfy the sum payable in pursuance of the said order and also to show cause why you should not be committed to prison for such default.
