as aforesaid, if any such ceiling, hollow wall or stairlining shall be found in any such building the Sanitary Board may by resolution declare the forfeiture of this licence.
NOTE.-There may be added such other conditions, if any, to this licence as the Governor in Council may from time to time determine.

(b) for premises situate in any other part of the Island, and in Kowloon and New Kowloon, $400
