10. Every person who steals-

(1) any goat or kid, whether male or female; or

(2) any boar, sow, hog, or pig,

shall be guilty of felony, and shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding three years, and, if a male under the age of sixteen years, with or without whipping.

11. Every person who wilfully kills any animal, with intent to steal the carcase, skin, or any part of the animal so killed, shall be guilty of felony, and shall be liable to the same punishment as if he had been convicted of feloniously stealing the same, provided the offence of stealing the animal so killed would have amounted to felony.

12.(1) Every person who steals any dog shall upon summary conviction be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding six months, or shall be liable to a fine, over and above the value of the said dog, not exceeding one hundred dollars.

(2) Every person who, having been convicted of any such offence, either against this or any former enactment, afterwards steals any dog shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding eighteen months.

13.—(1) Every person who unlawfully has in his possession or on his premises any stolen dog or the skin of any stolen dog, knowing such dog to have been stolen or such skin to be the skin of a stolen dog, shall upon summary conviction be liable to a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars.

(2) Every person who, having been convicted of any such offence, either against this or any former enactment, is afterwards guilty of any offence under this section shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding eighteen months.

14. Every person who corruptly takes any money or reward, directly or indirectly, under pretence or upon account of aiding any person to recover any dog which has been stolen, or which is in the possession of any person not being the owner, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
