Application of penalty for breach of MISCELLANEOUS.
57. It shall be lawful for the Governor in Council to apply the whole or any part of the penalties recoverable under the Ordinance under section 5 of the Act for the non-observance or non-performance of the regulations made under this Ordinance or the Act towards the expenses of reconveying to their homes or transferring to another ship emigrants who were intending to proceed in any vessel whose licence has been revoked in manner herein before provided.

58. Particulars or any of such required to be furnished under any of the provisions of section 16 shall, if so ordered by an Emigration Officer, be verified upon oath or declaration before an Emigration Officer or justice of the peace who are hereby authorised to administer such oath or declaration.

59. The forms in the Schedules to this Ordinance or forms to the like effect, with such variations and additions as circumstances may require, may be used for the purposes therein indicated and according to the directions therein contained, and instruments in those forms shall (as regards the form thereof) be valid and sufficient.
