Note.—Every person who knowingly furnishes any false or incorrect particulars is liable to a penalty not exceeding one hundred dollars for each tenement in respect of which such false or incorrect particulars are furnished. If the above information is not furnished within ten days, no appeal from the Assessment will be allowed.
