21.-(1) Whenever any subordinate officer or constable resigns Delivery up the service or ceases to hold and exercise his office, all power

(2) All sums forfeited under this section shall be paid into the Treasury as the Captain Superintendent may direct, and shall be applied to such purposes in connexion with the force as the Gover-nor may direct, either by general instruction or by a special order in any particular case.
