MERCHANT SHIPPING.
For boats in class B, $2 for each 10 feet or part of 10 feet in length, with a minimum fee of $2, and a maximum fee of $10.
Village boats, $1.
30a. No vessel in this class shall without lawful authority or reasonable excuse approach within 30 feet of any steamship lying at anchor or at moorings or alongside any wharf at Kowloon.
CLASS II.-LIGHTERS, CARGO BOATS and Water Boats.
31. No vessel in this class shall have a false bottom or any other secret compartment for the concealment of goods or persons.
32. No licensee of a cargo boat shall refuse to let his boat, except for some reasonable cause.
33. Lighters and cargo boats will be allowed to carry as passengers only such persons as may be in charge of goods or baggage for the conveyance of which the boat is hired or used, or who may be required or may have been required to assist in loading or unloading.
34. The following is the maximum scale of hire for cargo boats :-
