SIR,

I hereby declare that I wish to land or move between the hours of from a.m. and p.m. on the day of 19 the liquors described hereunder the duties on which have been paid.

Quantity of Liquors.

Importers.

I hereby grant permission for the landing or removal of the liquors described above the duties on which have been duly paid.

Superintendent, Imports and Exports Office.

NOTE. If this permit is not made use of on the day in respect of which it is issued, it must be returned within 24 hours to the office of the Superintendent of Imports and Exports.
