6. Every person who commits the offence of simple larceny after a previous conviction for felony shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding 10 years, and, if a male under the age of 16 years, with or without whipping.

7. Every person who commits the offence of simple larceny or any offence hereby made punishable like simple larceny, after having been previously convicted of any indictable misdemeanor punishable under this Ordinance, shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding 7 years, and, if a male under the age of 16 years, with or without whipping.

8. Every person who commits the offence of simple larceny or any offence hereby made punishable like simple larceny, after having been twice summarily convicted of any of the offences punishable on summary conviction (whether each of the convictions has been in respect of an offence of the same description or not), shall be guilty of felony, and shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding 7 years, and, if a male under the age of 16 years, with or without whipping.

Larceny of cattle and other animals.

9. Every person who steals---

(1) any horse, mare, gelding, colt, or filly; or

(2) any bull, cow, ox, heifer, or calf; or

(3) any ram, ewe, sheep, or lamb,

shall be guilty of felony, and shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding 14 years, and, if a male under the age of 16 years, with or without whipping.

10. Every person who steals--

(1) any goat or kid, whether male or female; or

(2) any boar, sow, hog, or pig,

shall be guilty of felony, and shall be liable to imprisonment for any term not exceeding 3 years, and, if a male under the age of 16 years, with or without whipping.
