Fees.
86. The fees mentioned in the 2nd schedule shall be charged in respect of the various matters to which they relate. Provided that the Court may, for good cause shown, dispense with the payment of any particular fee or fees or any part thereof, on such terms as it may think fit.
87. All fees and commissions received by or payable to the Official Receiver on the appointment of a trustee other than himself or for acting as trustee, and any remuneration received by the Official Receiver as an interim receiver or otherwise, shall be paid by such officer forthwith into the Treasury.
