Post Office
1. Fee payable for a licence to an importer of, or $1,200 per annum, dealer in or vendor of arms or ammunition
2. Fee where a retail business only is carried on in firearms and ammunition for sporting purposes only...

To consolidate and amend the laws relating to the Post Office.
Short title.
1. The Post Office Ordinance, 1900.
2. In this Ordinance,--
"Consignees' letter" means any letter forwarded by any vessel on the same voyage as and relating to goods and merchandise on board of such vessel:
"Contract vessel" means any vessel under contract for the conveyance of letter bags and correspondence:
"Correspondence" means any letter, newspaper, book, pamphlet, document, or package, or other article whatsoever transmitted by post, whether in a closed mail or having been placed loose on board any vessel for transmission; and a letter or other article shall be deemed to be correspondence from the time of its arrival within the limits of the Colony, if brought to the Colony by post, or from the time of its delivery to the Post Office, if not so brought, and in either case shall continue to be deemed correspondence to the time of its delivery from the Post Office; and delivery to or by any person authorised...
