Warrant of Committal.

THE MACAO EXTRADITION ORDINANCE, 1881.

To one of the Constables of the Hongkong Police Force, and to the Superintendent of Victoria Gaol.

Whereas on the late of day of I was brought before me one of the Police Magistrates sitting at the Magistrates' Court of this Colony, charged with having committed on the day of within the territory of Macao, the crime of and with being a fugitive from justice; and whereas the evidence which has been shown to me of the criminality of the said is, in my opinion, sufficient to justify his committal to gaol, pursuant to section 6 of the above-mentioned Ordinance: This is, therefore, to command you, the said constable, in Her Majesty's name, forthwith to convey and deliver the body of the said into the custody of the said Superintendent of Victoria Gaol; and you, the said Superintendent, to receive the said into your custody in the said gaol and him there safely to keep until he shall be then delivered, pursuant to the provisions of the above-mentioned Ordinance; and for so doing this shall be your warrant.
