he Queen, to wit, the said licensee the sum of three hundred dollars. said sureties each the sum of three hundred dollars, to be respectively of their several goods and chattels, lands and tenements, to the use of Her Ladyship the Queen, Her Heirs and Successors, in case default shall be made in the performance of the conditions hereunder written. The conditions of this Recognizance are such that whereas the said licensee hath been licensed to sell by retail intoxicating liquors, in the house No. ... Adjunct to the business of ... carried on by him in the said house and appurtenances thereunto belonging; if the said licensee shall observe the conditions of his licence and the requirements of the Liquor Licences Ordinance, 1898, then this Recognizance to be void, otherwise to remain in force:
