Police Force Consolidation.
the pay and allowances of such constable; and all sums which shall be received by the Captain Superintendent for such special services, shall be paid by him into the Colonial Treasury forthwith, and be accounted for monthly; and every sum of money due for such special services shall be deemed a debt due to the Crown, and shall be recoverable in like manner as other Crown debts in respect of rent and otherwise as therein mentioned.
