Memorandum of Deed or other Instrument to be registered pursuant to
"The Bankruptcy Ordinance 1864."
(1.) Title of deed, whether deed of assignment, composition or inspectorship. (2.) Date of deed.
(3.) Date of execution by debtor.
(4.) Name and description of the debtor as in the deed.
(5.) The names and descriptions of the trustees or other parties to the deed, not including the creditors.
(6.) A short statement of the nature of the deed.
