115. The Bureau directed special attention to the activities of young persons, associating in groups, and conducting themselves in a manner which might lead to triad-type behaviour. Much of the Bureau's work lies in the field of prevention.
COMMERCIAL CRIME OFFICE
116. The Commercial Crime Office is a branch of the C.I.D. which is located in the business centre of the city at Li Po Chun Chambers.
117. This office deals with the more complicated and complex cases of commercial frauds, forgery etc., which need specialist investigation. Simple cases which do not necessitate protracted specialist examination are generally dealt with at Police Stations as part of ordinary C.I.D. work.

GENERAL INVESTIGATION OFFICE
119. The General Investigation Office (Previously designated the General Investigation Section) is a small branch of the C.I.D. which, in particular, deals with infringements of ordinances administered by various Government departments.
120. These breaches of the law are usually concerned with the falsi- fication of statutory documents, false declarations and failure to meet registration requirements. The following table shows the number of such cases referred to the Police by the respective departments.
