Miscellaneous

The Law Revision (Miscellaneous Amendments) Ordinance 1971 repealed inter alia the Chinese Partnerships Ordinance, and amended the Demolished Buildings (Re-development of Sites) Ordinance by repealing section 13, which enabled the Land Officer to apportion Crown rent notwithstanding that the owner of property affected by a Re-development Order had not applied for such determination. This power is now contained in the Crown Rent and Premium (Apportion- ment) Ordinance.
