must be made of those officers who willingly assisted their less fortunate colleagues with lifts to and from work in their cars. It therefore once again falls to me to express the sincere thanks of my predecessor and myself to all members of the Department for their hard work and constant support. Grateful acknowledgment is also made of the help and co-operation received from other Government Departments, solici- tors, accountants and others with whom the Department has so many dealings.
