104. The year's collections amounted to $15,118, $5,384 more than in the previous year. The increase was due partly to the larger number of registrations, partly to higher fees introduced by the Registration of United Kingdom Patents (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 1964 with effect from 1st March 1964.

Explanatory
105. The Bankruptcy Ordinance and the Rules made thereunder follow with some variations the English Bankruptcy legislation. The law relating to the winding up of companies by the Court is contained in the Companies Ordinance and the Companies (Winding-Up) Rules made thereunder, which are based respectively on the Companies Act 1929, formerly in force in Great Britain, and the Winding-Up Rules thereunder.
