It is also pleasing to record that in spite of the delays the relations of the Department with Solicitors, Accountants, and other Government Depart- ments remained excellent, and I wish now to express to these my sincere appreciation of the co-operation, help, and understanding received from them without which the difficulties of the Department would have been greatly increased.
