Ho Ha, could not be traced the balance of $353.20 due to him was transferred to General Revenue under the Unclaimed Balances Ordin- ance (Cap. 122). The Registrar General also continued to act as Judicial Trustee of the estate of Wong Yuk Shu deceased.
Trust Funds
79. Table XXIV sets out the receipts and payments for the year, and the assets and liabilities as at 31st March, 1960. The Official Trustee's commission charged during the year amounted to $118.80. At the close of the year the total funds administered amounted to $179,334.71.

NEW LEGISLATION
80. The Land Transactions (Enemy Occupation) (Jurisdiction) Ordinance, 1959, declared retrospectively to 1953 the power of the Supreme Court to transfer to the District Court proceedings under sub- sections (1) and (2) of section 7 of the Land Transactions (Enemy Occupation) Ordinance (Cap. 256), and regularized earlier transfers to its summary jurisdiction of proceedings commenced by petition under subsection (2) of that section.
81. The Crown Lands Resumption (Chai Wan) Ordinance, 1959, was enacted to provide for the reversion to the Crown of certain lots at Chai Wan the titles to some of which were or might be disputed or uncertain. The Ordinance established a Compensation Board to deter- mine disputes as to the compensation to be paid for the land resumed, and a Land Tribunal to determine who is entitled to compensation, and included special provisions with regard to the making of claims, the procedure to be followed by the Board and the Tribunal, and the pay- ment of compensation.
82. The District Land Office, Tsuen Wan (Authorization and Valida- tion) Ordinance, 1959, authorized and validated as from 1st September, 1959, the use of the District Land Office, Tsuen Wan, as a New Territories Land Office under the New Territories Ordinance (Cap. 97).
